What countries do you ship to?
We ship worldwide.

How long does it take for my order to arrive?
Some hats are in stock, some have to be made. If hat has to be made, worst case time estimate is given in the listing. Usually it takes less time then specified in listing.
If hat is needed urgently -- place an order right away and tell us the required date in the order comment. If we can not deliver by requested day, we WILL NOT process the order and will let you know right away.
Why do we ask to place an order? So no time is wasted sending e-mails back and forth.
All orders are generally shipped within 3 working days. Actual delivery time depends on your geographical location and the postage method selected. From our experience, deliveries within Australia take couple of days for major cities and up to 10 days to remote rural locations in WA, NT and QLD. Deliveries to NZ and Singapore generally take up to a week, deliveries to other parts of the world take up to 2 weeks. Please note that actual delivery time may be slightly longer during peak seasons, such as Christmas, due to the increased load on postal services.

What currency do I pay in?
Being an Australian company, we charge in Australian dollars. For your convinience, you can select a different currency. We always try to have an up-to-date conversion rate, however, please treat it as a reference only. Actual conversion will be performed by your credit card provider at the time of transaction.

What are the shipping costs?
We use Australian Post for all shipments. We ship all hats with Registered Post or Express Post. All deliveries to Australia are FREE with Registered Post or $9 (incl. GST) for Express Post. All orders outside Australia are shipped with Australia Post Air Mail service. Actual cost of shipping will be automatically calculated at checkout.

Are there any "hidden costs"?
No. All prices include all appropriate Australian taxes. However, for orders outside of Australia, local custom duties may be applicable, for which we can not be responsible.

We are sorry, but we do not have telephone contact. Why? Main reason is that we have customers all over the world and providing 24hr telephone service will add to our cost and we will have to increase price on hats. Nobody wants that. We generally answer e-mails within few hours at most. If you really want to speak to us, please use our on-line contact form and provide your phone number. We will call you back as soon as we can (we will only call to landline or mobile in Australia).

How do I know my size?
We have provided size conversion table for your convinience.

Is it safe to give my credit card number on the Internet?
